We believe in providing opportunities for people to work. Our goal is empowerment, not dependency
Independence is a wonderful thing, it’s what we strive for. We take it for granted that we can get a job, rent or buy a house, and have enough money for regular meals. Sadly this is just a dream for millions of people living in India.
At Brighter Future we believe in providing opportunities for people to work. Our beneficiaries don’t want a hand-out, they just want the chance to earn enough to look after their families. We give individuals and communities the skills, training, and tools they need to do just that.
Through microfinance (small loans) and vocational skills training, we help people affected by leprosy, HIV/AIDS, and disability to provide for their families. This encourages a culture of empowerment, dignity and independence. It also ensures that our projects have a lasting impact.
